Cancellation policy

Thank you for shopping with us at The Poké Store. Our Cancellation Policy is designed to provide a clear and straightforward process for managing order changes. Please review the guidelines below to understand how cancellations work for in-stock items, pre-orders, and subscriptions, including timelines, potential fees, and next steps.
1. In-Stock Items
- Orders for items currently in stock can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order or up until fulfilment, whichever is longer.
- Cancellations requested after fulfilment but before shipment may still be processed.
- Once an order has shipped, cancellations are no longer possible and must instead follow our returns process.
- Cancellations outside of the standard window may incur a fee equal to the third-party processing fee charged by our payment processor.
2. Pre-Order Items
- Pre-ordered items can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order at no cost.
- Full payment is collected at checkout since pre-orders are paid to our suppliers in advance.
- After the 2-hour period and up until fulfilment, cancellations may incur a fee equal to the third-party processing fee charged by our payment processor.
3. Poké Club Membership
- Your Poké Club membership includes repeat deliveries. Payment details are securely stored, and you will be charged for each scheduled delivery.
- Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each term. To prevent renewal, you must cancel your subscription before the next billing cycle.
- You may cancel or modify your subscription at any time. However, if a payment for renewal has already been processed, that payment cannot be cancelled, and your cancellation will take effect starting with the next billing cycle.
