Shipping Policy
We currently ship within the UK only using Royal Mail.
Delivery Options:
- Royal Mail 48 Tracked: £3.50 under £30, free on orders £30+
- Royal Mail 24 Tracked: £4.50 under £30, £2.00 on orders between £30 and £99.99, free on orders £100+
Orders placed before 2:00 p.m. (UK time) on business days are usually shipped the same day. Occasionally, high order volumes or factors beyond our control may cause a slight delay.
Orders placed after 2:00 p.m., or on weekends and public holidays, will be shipped the next working day.
Delivery estimates are provided by Royal Mail and are not guaranteed. Typical delivery time:
- Royal Mail 48 Tracked: 2–3 working days after dispatch.
- Royal Mail 24 Tracked: 1–2 working days after dispatch.
We are not liable for delays caused by Royal Mail or events outside our control (postal disruptions, severe weather, strikes, etc.).

Items In-Stock & Preorders
Once you place an order, you’ll receive a confirmation email. In-stock items are usually dispatched within 1 business day.
Pre-order items are shipped on or shortly after their official release date.
Return Policy
Orders can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition—opened or used products cannot be returned.
To start a return, email contact@thepokestore.co.uk with your order number, reason for return, and any supporting photos if applicable.
Our team will review your request and provide a return authorisation with detailed instructions.
Safely package the item, including all original packaging. Return shipping costs are covered by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Do not send items back before receiving authorisation, as unapproved returns may be rejected.

Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order or up until fulfilment, whichever is longer, by contacting customer service.
