We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.
3. Shipping Costs
We currently ship using Royal Mail Tracked services.
- Royal Mail 48 Tracked: £3.99 under £50, free on orders £50+
- Royal Mail 24 Tracked: £4.99 under £50, £1.99 on orders between £50 and £99.99, free on orders £100+
4. Order Processing Times
- Standard Processing: Orders are processed within 1 business day, Monday to Friday.

Cut-off Time:
- Orders placed before 2:00 PM (UK time) on business days are shipped the same day.
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM, or on weekends/public holidays, are processed the next working day.
5. Delivery Times
- Delivery estimates are provided by Royal Mail and are not guaranteed.
- Typical delivery time:
- Royal Mail 48 Tracked: 2–3 working days after dispatch.
- Royal Mail 24 Tracked: 1–2 working days after dispatch.
- We are not liable for delays caused by Royal Mail or events outside our control (postal disruptions, severe weather, strikes, etc.).
- Title and risk pass to you once the products are handed over to Royal Mail.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
7. Lost or Damaged Orders
- Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours so we can arrange a replacement or resolution.
- Lost Items: If your order does not arrive within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us immediately for assistance.
