Do you have a physical store?
No, at the moment we operate fully as an e-commerce business and do not have a physical store. Our registered address is for correspondence purposes only.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can also track your order directly by logging into your account or using the chat function.
How long does shipping take?
Orders placed before 2:00 p.m. (UK time) on business days are usually shipped the same day. Occasionally, high order volumes or factors beyond our control may cause a slight delay.
Orders placed after 2:00 p.m., or on weekends and public holidays, will be shipped the next working day.
Delivery estimates are provided by Royal Mail and are not guaranteed. Typical delivery time:
- Royal Mail 48 Tracked: 2–3 working days after dispatch.
- Royal Mail 24 Tracked: 1–2 working days after dispatch.
We are not liable for delays caused by Royal Mail or events outside our control (postal disruptions, severe weather, strikes, etc.).

What are Poké Points?
Poké Points is our loyalty program – and it’s super simple!
You earn 10 Poké Points for every £1 spent, which means you effectively get £1 back for every £100. If you’re a Poké Club member, you earn double points, giving you £1 back for every £50 spent.
On top of that, you receive 5,000 points every month just for being a Poké Club member. You can also earn 500 points for every review you leave, plus an extra 500 points if your review includes a photo of the product.
It’s our way of saying thank you for being part of the Pokémon community!
How does The Poké Club work?
The Poké Club is our membership service. For £49.99 a month, you’ll receive a selection of Japanese booster packs, along with additional perks listed on this page.
Payment for your first order is taken immediately, and your first shipment is dispatched straight away. Your membership then renews monthly on the 25th, with subsequent shipments arriving around the 30th of each month.
You can cancel your membership at any time before renewal and continue to enjoy your perks until the end of the current billing period. Memberships can be cancelled through the customer portal.
Can I return or exchange my purchase?
Orders can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition—opened or used products cannot be returned.
To start a return, email contact@thepokestore.co.uk with your order number, reason for return, and any supporting photos if applicable.
Our team will review your request and provide a return authorisation with detailed instructions.
Safely package the item, including all original packaging. Return shipping costs are covered by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Do not send items back before receiving authorisation, as unapproved returns may be rejected.

We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay & Klarna. All payments are processed securely.

Are your Pokémon cards authentic?
Yes, all of our Pokémon cards are 100% authentic, sourced directly from official suppliers or verified secondary markets.
Are the products new or pre-owned?
All sealed products are new. Single cards are sold only in mint or near-mint condition.
